You have 30 days from payment to request a full refund. No questions asked, no proof required, no "you have to show you tried the drills" gate. Email refund@mca-example.com (placeholder — replace before deployment) with your enrollment email and "Refund request" in the subject. We process refunds within 7 business days of receipt.
Why 30 days? It's enough time to read Module 1, do the capsule wardrobe drill, set up your Hinge profile with Module 3's formula, and see if the methodology resonates. If it doesn't, you shouldn't be out $99 — get it back.
What "money-back" means: The full amount you paid — $99 for one-time, or the total $147 for 3-pay plan (pro-rata, see Section 3). We refund to the original payment method (Stripe or Alipay).
On refund, your access to the 9-step system (all 8 modules + AI Coach), the Script Library, the AI Tutor, and the affiliate dashboards is deactivated. You keep nothing. The drills you learned, sure — that's in your head, we can't revoke it. But the platform access, the case screenshots, the script PDFs, the AI Tutor — all gone.
Re-enrolling after refund: You can re-enroll at the current pricing (which may be higher than $99 if founding seats have filled). We don't blacklist refunders — sometimes the timing wasn't right, sometimes you come back later. But you don't get to keep access while refunding.
If you're on the 3-pay plan ($49 today, $49 in 30 days, $49 in 60 days, total $147) and request a refund:
The 3-pay plan exists to make $99 accessible — we don't use it to trap you. But it's also not a "try for 90 days free" loophole; after 60 days, you've paid in full and you keep access.
If you referred someone (your referral code was on their checkout) and they refund, your referral count drops by 1. This is the anti-gaming protection — if referrals didn't reverse on refund, you could pay 20 friends to enroll, unlock VIP, then refund them all. That's fraud, and we prevent it.
Reversal timing: Within 7 business days of the refund clearing, your referral count drops. If you'd already unlocked VIP at 20 and the refund drops you to 19, your VIP is suspended until you refer a replacement. This is the only scenario where VIP can be suspended.
Patterns that attempt to unlock affiliate benefits (VIP, Branch Manager, milestones) without genuine referrals. We detect these server-side and disqualify them.
What's NOT gaming: Sharing your referral link to WhatsApp groups, your Telegram channel, your YouTube description, your blog, Reddit (without spam), X, anywhere real humans see it and some choose to enroll. Real humans, real shares, real conversions. That's the program working as intended.
This is a demo form — for deployment, wire it to your refund handler (Stripe Refunds API or Alipay refund API). The placeholder email above should be replaced with your real refund contact.
Stripe refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your card statement. Stripe processes immediately, but your bank may take longer to show it.
Alipay refunds: 1-3 business days. Alipay processes immediately, your bank may take longer.
If your refund hasn't arrived after 10 business days, email refund@mca-example.com with your enrollment email and the refund request date. We'll trace it with Stripe/Alipay.
If you repeatedly enroll and refund (3+ times), we may refuse future enrollments. We don't blacklist one-time refunders — but pattern abusers aren't welcome. This is rare — refund rate is under 4% based on course quality, and most pattern abusers are detected by the anti-gaming clause above before they reach this threshold.
If you initiate a chargeback with your card issuer instead of requesting a refund through us, we'll contest it with evidence of delivery (your access logs, your AI Tutor conversations, your download history). You have a 30-day refund window — use it instead of chargeback. Chargebacks cost us fees and we may deactivate your access immediately on chargeback initiation (vs. the 7-day window on normal refund).
