Men's Charm Academy ("MCA", "we", "us") provides a 9-step dating curriculum for men (8 course modules plus the AI Coach), consisting of:
The curriculum is educational. We teach the drills; you do the reps. We don't guarantee any specific outcome — read Disclaimer for the full disclaimer on results.
One-time $99 USD via Stripe (international) or Alipay (China). 3-pay plan ($49×3) available — see enroll.html for current pricing tiers. We don't store your full card number — Stripe/Alipay tokenize it.
Founding seats. The first 50 enrollees get "Founding Access" pricing. After 50 seats fill, pricing may change — but enrolled Founding Alumni keep their access at no further charge, forever.
30-day money-back guarantee. Email refund@mca-example.com (placeholder — replace before deployment) within 30 days of payment for a full refund. See Refund Policy for the full terms, including the anti-gaming clause (pay 20 friends to enroll + refund = disqualified).
The curriculum (modules, scripts, case screenshots, AI Tutor prompts) is © 2026 Men's Charm Academy. You may not:
Research citations (Gottman, Perel, Cabane, Art of Charm, etc.) are public official sources — we cite them, we don't own them. Their copyright belongs to their respective authors.
Your testimonials. If you give a testimonial in exchange for free beta access, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it (anonymized, name changed at request for discretion). You can revoke this license by email — we'll remove your testimonial within 30 days.
The curriculum is educational. We don't guarantee any specific outcome — read Disclaimer for the full disclaimer on results, testimonials, and research citations. The drills work if you do them; they don't work if you don't.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MCA's liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid ($99, or $147 for 3-pay plan). We're not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to: lost matches, lost dates, lost relationships, lost revenue from your Branch, or emotional distress. You're responsible for your own actions — the curriculum teaches drills, you choose to do them, you own the outcome.
You may terminate your account at any time by email — we'll delete your data per Privacy Policy. We may terminate your account for: violation of these Terms (especially Section 5 no sharing, Section 6 no spam/gaming, Section 7 IP), detected fraud, or abusive behavior toward staff or other alumni. On termination for your violation, no refund; on termination for our convenience, pro-rata refund of the last 30 days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware (US), without regard to conflict of law. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware — single arbiter, English language, remote hearing permitted. Class action waiver: you agree to arbitrate individually, not as part of a class.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict of law. Disputes resolved per the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform — you may also lodge with your national consumer protection authority. Mandatory consumer protections under EU law aren't waived by these Terms.
本协议依据中华人民共和国法律管辖。纠纷可向中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会（CIETAC）申请仲裁，或向有管辖权的人民法院起诉。本协议不豁免《消费者权益保护法》等强制性规定。
We may update these Terms. Material changes (payment terms, refund terms, your obligations, our liability) will be emailed to you 30 days before they take effect. Non-material changes (clarifications, formatting) take effect on update — the "Last updated" date above reflects the last change.
